Kölner Halbmarathon- Die Generalprobe

The 27th Cologne Half Marathon on August 30, 2026, offers runners the opportunity to choose from four distances: 7 km, 14 km, 21 km, and 28 km. All start together at 10:00 AM at the NetCologne Stadium in Sportpark Müngersdorf. The course takes participants through Cologne and is designed as a dress rehearsal for upcoming races. Refreshments such as water, bananas, muesli bars, and non-alcoholic drinks are provided along the route and at the finish line. The event is organized by the Athletics Team of the German Sports University Cologne e.V. and is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and professional organization.

Late registrations are possible on-site at the race bib distribution until August 30, 2026, provided there are still spots available. Participation with baby joggers, dogs, walkers, and music devices is not permitted for safety reasons. Preferred race numbers can be selected for a fee of €3. Changes to registration are only possible at the bib distribution and cost €15. The course, start/finish in Cologne, on-site registration, refreshments, race bibs, parking, showers, and changing facilities are available.
