Geilenkirchener Volkslauf und 34. Halbmarathon

The Geilenkirchen Volkslauf and Half Marathon is a traditional running event in Geilenkirchen-Gillrath, organized by DJK-Gillrath e. V. The event offers a flat half marathon course over 21.1 km as well as various other distances, including 10 km run, 10 km walking and Nordic walking, 4 km run, youth races, and a children's run. All races end at the Gillrath sports field, where race numbers are also issued. The event is suitable for both recreational runners and ambitious athletes and is part of a five-year series ranking as well as the RAC ranking.
