Race description
The EWE North Sea Run is a traditional stage race across seven different East Frisian islands on the North Sea coast of Lower Saxony. Over eight days, participants run, walk, or Nordic walk approximately 10 km stages on the islands of Borkum, Juist, Norderney, Baltrum, Langeoog, Spiekeroog, and Wangerooge. The event attracts running enthusiasts from all over Germany and abroad and offers a unique running experience with maritime flair and natural scenery. Due to limited capacities, the race is very popular and quickly fully booked.

Additional information
Race bibs are issued approximately 1 hour after arrival of the special ferry on the island until 30 minutes before the start. Race bibs with integrated chip for timing are provided. Changing rooms, showers, and toilets are available on the islands. Sports bag storage is offered. There is no waiting list or backup list; start places are non-transferable and will not be reallocated in case of cancellation.
