Race description
The EWE North Sea Run is a traditional stage race across seven different East Frisian North Sea islands, attracting running enthusiasts from Germany and other countries for over two decades. The 7th stage takes place on June 27, 2026, on the car-free island of Spiekeroog, which impresses with pristine nature, endless beaches, and a relaxed atmosphere. The start and finish of the stage are located on Gartenweg near the spa park. The event offers a unique running experience in a special island landscape, combining athletic challenge with natural enjoyment.

Race number pickup from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the island cinema. Sports bag storage from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the sports deck. Changing rooms at the sports deck, showers at the sports deck and island bath. Toilets at the sports deck, Tourist Info 'Kogge', and near the spa park. Award ceremony at 4:30 PM in the spa park. Stage race across 7 North Sea islands, no waiting list, limited capacity due to ferry and infrastructure, registration already fully booked.
