Race description
The EWE North Sea Run is a traditional stage race across seven different East Frisian Islands on the North Sea coast of Lower Saxony. It takes place annually and attracts running and walking enthusiasts from all over Germany and abroad. Participants can run all seven stages or individual stages, each approximately 10 kilometers long. The event places great emphasis on a successful running experience and the protection of the islands from overload.

Race bibs are issued about 1 hour after the arrival of the special ferry until 30 minutes before the start. Race bibs with integrated chip for timing are provided. Changing rooms, showers, and toilets are available on the islands. Sports bag storage is offered. There are info events on June 19th before the race. The award ceremony takes place at 3:00 PM on Borkum. Stages on seven North Sea islands, approximately 10 km running distance per stage, registration is already fully booked, no waiting list, limited capacities due to ferry and infrastructure.
