Winterlaufserie (10 km)

The Winter Running Series in Hamm is a traditional running event held at the Hamm-Ost sports centre by Jahnstadion. The officially measured out-and-back course runs through the Lippeaue nature conservation area and the spa gardens in Bad Hamm. The series includes several races over different distances, including 10 km, 15 km and a half marathon, with individual-race and series rankings. Timing is provided by the Race Result system, and awards are presented to the fastest runners as well as age-group prize winners.

Timing is provided by the Race Result system using a chip in the race bib. A €3.00 deposit is charged for the race bib with chip (refunded upon return), and a €1.00 donation goes to the support association for the hospice in Hamm. Youths and young adults up to age group U20 receive a 50% discount on the entry fee (excluding the donation and deposit). Awards ceremonies take place approximately 45 minutes after the finish in the marquee at Jahnstadion. The event comprises a series of three 10 km races held in Hamm’s natural landscape and spa gardens. Registration is online, timing is provided by Race Result, and awards are given to the top participants and series winners.
