Vorlauf zum Harz-Gebirgslauf

The preliminary race for the Harz Mountain Run is a free test run held one week before the main race. It offers runners the opportunity to check their form and familiarize themselves with the routes of the Harz Mountain Run. The event starts together at 9:30 a.m. in Himmelpforte, Wernigerode, and includes distances of 2 km, 5 km, 11 km, and 22 km. Participants are greeted at the finish with tea and lard bread. Registration is not required, but the routes are not yet marked.
