Volkslauf „Rund um Köchel“

The 'Rund um Köchel' Volkslauf is a traditional running competition held as part of the annual sports festival of SG Sportfreunde 69 Marmagen-Nettersheim. It offers runners of all ages and performance levels the opportunity to compete in four disciplines (1,000 m, 2,000 m, 5,000 m, and 10,000 m). The event is part of a festive week full of action and team spirit at the grass sports facility in Marmagen. Additionally, for the first time, a obstacle race for children is offered, making the event family-friendly and versatile.

The Volkslauf takes place on June 4, 2026, from 15:45 to 19:30. There are four race distances for different age and performance groups. Additionally, a children's obstacle race with 700 m and 1,400 m is offered. The event is embedded in a multi-day sports festival with further sporting and family-friendly activities. Participation in four running disciplines, including an obstacle race for children.
