Sonnefelder Wald-Cross-Lauf

The 5th Sonnefeld Forest Cross Run will take place on June 4, 2026, in Sonnefeld and offers runners of all performance levels an attractive race event in a scenic environment on field and forest paths. There is a main race over 8.3 km with 110 meters of elevation, a Nordic walking competition on the same course, and a students' run over 1.7 km. The event is open to ambitious runners, Nordic walkers, and young athletes and is conducted according to official athletics regulations. Catering, showers, and changing facilities are provided, and all finishers receive a medal.

Sustainable prizes for the top three in each age group in the main and students' runs, as well as for the fastest woman and man in the Nordic walking. Finisher medals for all races. The event takes place in all weather conditions. Late registration fee on race day €3.00 (no later than 1 hour before start).
