Hainberglauf
Race description
The Hainberglauf is a challenging trail run approximately 4.8 km long with 250 meters of elevation gain, held annually on the last Saturday in November in Stadtsteinach. The course runs through the terrain around Hainberg and requires appropriate footwear. The event is a charity run, with no registration fee, but voluntary donations are collected for social projects. The award ceremony for the Upper Franconian Mountain Running Championships takes place afterwards at the Steinachtalhalle.

Additional information
Race number distribution from approximately 11:30 AM at the Steinachtalhalle. No registration fee is charged; donations are welcome. Refreshments with drinks available at the finish area. Changing clothes can be transported to the finish depending on capacity. The return journey is at participants' own responsibility, usually in groups. Traffic regulations apply.
