Silvesterlauf Bremen

The Bremen New Year's Eve Run is a popular running event on December 31st that welcomes runners of all ages and skill levels. The event offers various distances from 400 meters for children and beginners to 10 kilometers for experienced runners, passing through the beautiful surroundings of Lake Werder. In addition to the sporting year-end, festive music and New Year's Eve atmosphere create a special experience. Costumed participants are warmly invited to creatively participate and run into the new year together.

Start times vary by route: 5 km run at 12:00 PM, 2.5 km walk at 12:30 PM, 5 km and 10 km walk at 12:50 PM, children's run 400 m at 12:55 PM, kids run 1000 m at 1:00 PM, 10 km run at 1:15 PM. Shipping of start documents is possible for a fee. Barrier-free 2.5 km route suitable for all. Costumes are explicitly encouraged for a special New Year's Eve feeling. Various routes, including children’s and walking options, festive atmosphere, medals for all, creative costumes allowed.
