Raesfelder Mai-Lauf

The Raesfeld May Run takes place annually on the last Friday in May and offers a diverse range of races for all age groups. From the 400 m Bambini races for preschool children to the 5 km and 10 km runs for adults, there is something for everyone. Additionally, there is a team race over 5 km that promotes the fun of running together. The 5 km and 10 km courses are measured by the DLV and are therefore eligible for official rankings.

Start times: 4:00 PM Bambini races (400 m), 5:00 PM 1000 m school race, 5:30 PM 2.3 km school race, 6:00 PM 10 km Volksbank Run, 6:05 PM 5 km walking run, 7:30 PM 5 km corporate, family, and team run. The 10 km course is run as a 5 km lap twice. Part of the Lippe-Issel Cup, registration required, family-friendly, various categories.
