Race description
The Schweiger Forest Run is a traditional running event organized by LG Sempt in Anzing, held annually on October 3rd since 1983. The 44th edition in 2026 offers fast courses and a family-friendly atmosphere in the heart of Anzing Forest. As part of the Forest Run, the Upper Bavarian Championships in the 10 km road race are held. The event is open to runners of all ages and is known for its good organization and large running community.
