Race description

The Norderstedt City Run is a popular running event organized annually by the Norderstedt Sports Club e.V. On June 7, 2026, runners of all ages and skill levels can participate on various courses, including 5 kilometers, 10 kilometers, a taster run, and a children's run. The event offers a sporting atmosphere with closed, traffic-free routes and is supported by police, the technical relief organization (THW), and volunteers. The run promotes community, fun, and health and is a highlight in the regional sports calendar.

Additional information

Timing is done electronically with a chip on the shoe. The course is kept traffic-free and secured by police, THW, and volunteers. Start and finish are at Moorbek Stadium, Moorbekstraße 25, Norderstedt. There are different start times: 5 km runs start at 9:00 a.m., Nordic walking at 9:05 a.m., 10 km run at 9:50 a.m. Late registrations are possible with a surcharge until race day. Baby joggers and animals are not allowed on the course. Online registration is available, late registrations on-site, race numbers, medals for winners, results available online.
