Barmstedter Stadtlauf

The 22nd Barmstedt City Run will take place on June 14, 2026, in Barmstedt. The event offers measured loops over 5 km and 10 km, which are eligible for best lists. In addition to the main races, there are also Nordic walking, walking, as well as children's and Bambini runs. Start and finish are at the marketplace in Barmstedt, and the course runs through the city center and around Rantzauer See with various surfaces such as cobblestones, asphalt, and firm sandy paths.

Timing is done with a rental chip on the ankle (except for children's runs), which is retained at the finish. Chips not returned will be charged at 40 euros. Baby joggers and dogs are not allowed for safety reasons. There are different age classes and minimum ages for the races. The course may vary slightly due to construction work; updates will be posted on the website. Courses are measured, various surfaces, online registration possible, no late registrations, catering and medals included.
