Nienburger Spargellauf

The Nienburg Asparagus Run is a traditional race held on May 30, 2026, in Nienburg, offering various distances for children, teenagers, and adults. The courses are officially measured and lead over flat, partly shaded loops with start and finish at the Wesavi parking lot. In addition to individual and children's runs, there is also a 10 km relay race as well as corporate and club competitions. The event is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and attractive prizes for the top runners.

Start and finish are at the Wesavi parking lot in Nienburg. The children's runs start at 1:00 PM, the 10 km relay race at 3:00 PM, the 5 km Asparagus Run at 4:45 PM, and the 10 km Asparagus Run at 6:00 PM. Timing is electronic with gross and net times. Late registrations are possible up to 30 minutes before the respective start, with tiered late registration fees. The course is flat and partly shaded. Prizes are awarded for top placements. The race also includes children's and relay runs, with prizes for placements. Registration is available online, and the event is very popular among participants.
