As part of Germany's largest city fair, the 27th Mühlhausen Old Town Run will take place on Saturday, August 30, 2025. The varied course leads through the historic old town over three different distances, offering a suitable running experience for every age group. The student races begin at 9:00 AM with a distance of 1.7 kilometers. The main races over 5 km and 10 km start at 10:15 AM and 10:20 AM, respectively.

- Children and young people in the age groups U16 to U8 (birth years 2010–2019) can participate.
