Metropolmarathon

The Sparkassen Metropolmarathon 2026 takes place on June 13 and 14 in the cities of Fürth and Nuremberg. The running event connects two cities with varied course routes, numerous competitions, and a colorful supporting program. With around 9,000 participants and 600 volunteers, the Metropolmarathon offers a weekend full of activity, fun, and community. The races range from marathon, half marathon, 10 km runs, and Nordic walking to children's and youth races.

Pacemakers are used in the half marathon and marathon. There are individual certificates available for download, medical services, changing and shower facilities. A prize draw for participants who also take part in the DATAGROUP Triathlon Nuremberg 2026 is offered.
