Lamspringer Klosterlauf

The Lamspringer Monastery Run is an annual running and hiking event with start and finish at the Lamspringer Waldstadion. The event offers various distances for all age groups, including children's runs, and is part of the South Lower Saxony Cup. Runners, walkers, and hiking enthusiasts are warmly invited to experience the diverse routes through nature around Lamspringe. The event combines athletic ambition with fun and community in a beautiful setting.

Registration on site possible until 1 hour before the start. Distances: 400 m, 1 km, 2 km, 5 km, 15 km, 23 km. The event is part of the South Lower Saxony Cup. Start and finish location is the Lamspringer Waldstadion; various distances (1 km, 5 km, 8 km, 13 km, 22.9 km); changing and shower facilities; on-site catering; part of the South Lower Saxony Cup.
