GVG Horremer Abendlauf

The GVG Horremer Evening Run is a sporting running event organized by SCB Horrem and Aktion Horrem, conducted according to the guidelines of the German Athletics Association (DLV). The event offers races for various age groups and performance levels, including school runs and a fun run. The course features, among other things, a 5 km loop that is run twice during the 10 km race. The event emphasizes fairness and fun for all participants, from beginners to experienced athletes.

Race bibs can be picked up on the day of the event from 2 PM at Friedrich-Ebert-Platz (Horremer Market Square). Changing and shower facilities are available at Horremer Halle. Free massages for runners provided by the School of Physiotherapy Kerpen-Horrem. Online pre-registration is free and non-competitive for children’s runs. Timing is done using disposable transponders. Preferred race number can be requested during pre-registration for an additional 5 €. Registration opens on 09.02.2026. Timing with disposable transponder.
