Drevenacker Volksbank Abendlauf

The Drevenacker Volksbank Evening Run is a traditional running event in Hünxe-Drevenack organized by TUS Drevenack TL Department e.V. On the event day, a Friday in July, various races take place, including an officially measured 10 km Volkslauf, a 5 km jogging run with youth classification, a 5 km walking race without classification, as well as school and Bambini runs. The course runs through the scenic surroundings with start and finish at the sports field on Buschweg. The event offers suitable competitions for all age groups and professional timing by the TAF-Timing team.

Start and finish are located at the sports field on Buschweg. Women start at the tennis clubhouse, men in the gymnasium on Buschweg. A deposit fee of €2.00 for the chip is charged for all bibs, which is refunded upon return. Late registrations are possible on the day of the event from 4:30 PM until 45 minutes before the respective start, provided it is not fully booked. Each participant receives a certificate, and prizes are awarded to the top three in each age group. Participation is possible with online registration; the event is part of the Lippe-Issel-Cup; results are available online.
