Drei-Täler-Lauf

The 3-Valleys Run organized by TV Mettingen 1930 e.V. will take place on September 26, 2026, and leads participants through varied routes across the three valleys Fahlbachtal, Ölmühlental, and Köllbachtal in the Tecklenburger Land. The main race over 14.1 km offers challenging, profiled terrain with impressive views of Querenberg, Schafberg, and Schniederberg. For beginners and experienced athletes, there is also an 8.3 km two-valleys run as well as a Nordic walking option. Children are warmly invited to participate in an 800 m school run and a 400 m toddler run, with fun being the main focus for the little ones. The event is family-friendly and features timing with a disposable chip, as well as showers and changing facilities at Ludgeri School.

Timing is provided with a disposable chip from Runtiming, integrated into the bib and included in the registration fee. The cut-off time is 4:30 PM; late participants will not be scored. Showers and changing rooms are available at Ludgeri School sports hall. The top three women and men in the main and two-valleys runs, as well as the top three boys and girls in the school run, will receive awards. Personal participant certificates with race times can be downloaded free of charge from the Runtiming homepage. Results are available online at www.tvmettingen.de. Award ceremonies take place after each race. The course runs through the valleys of the Tecklenburger Land, with challenging profiles, children's races, parking available, and online registration possible.
