Come to Springe and run or march the marathon in 10 hours! Conquer the Deister hell with 200 meters of elevation gain in one go! Enjoy your suffering! There’s no more nature and mountain running near Hanover! New this year are seating options at the refreshment stations as well as sandwiches for the marchers. The event will take place on September 13, 2026, and offers distances of 10 km, 21.1 km, or 42.2 km.
Highlights
- All running and marching routes must ascend the Deisterhölle after 5 km.
- At the Taternpfahl, they have managed to complete 200 vertical meters in one go.
