The 25th Birklauf of MTV Gelting will take place on Saturday, August 30, 2025, starting at 3:45 PM in the Birkhalle Gelting. Various competitions will be offered: the Sprottenlauf over 750 m for the age groups 2017 and younger, the Nordschaulauf over 5 km, and the "Lauf für ALLE" over 2.5 km. Timing will be done for all distances except the Sprottenlauf, and results will be categorized by age groups.
Highlights
- There are different distances: 750 m for the age groups 2017 and younger, 2.5 km for the age groups 2017 and older (under the motto "No child without sports!"), 5 km for the age groups 2015 and older, and a 10-mile (16.04 km) run for the age groups 2009 and older.
