The 7th Mayen Winter Magic Run will take place on Saturday, January 25, 2025, and is organized by LA TuS Mayen. This popular event offers runners of all ages (5 to 99 years) the opportunity to test their fitness on distances ranging from 350 to 8,400 meters, as well as on a walking route of 5,600 meters. The run takes participants through the wintry landscape of Mayen and provides a festive atmosphere with music and refreshment stations along the course. Membership in a club is not required, and there are suitable distances for the youngest participants as well.
Highlights
- An ideal opportunity to test one's fitness for "heart and lungs" and prepare for the upcoming competition season.
- For the youngest runners (U8-Bambinis age group), a 350-meter course leads from the Nette Bridge near the stadium to the finish area of the Nettetal Stadium.
- The routes lead along the Nette to varying degrees depending on the distance, heading towards the recreation center and returning to the stadium after well-marked turnaround points.
