Wilscher FUN-RUN

The Wilscher FunRun is a traditional race that has been held annually since 2005 at the sports field Wilsche in Gifhorn. It is part of the Gifhorn-Wolfsburg Running Cup and offers an attractive running event with a 10 km distance. The race is characterized by a friendly atmosphere and strong participation and is a fixed part of the regional running scene. The start is punctual at 10 a.m., and the event is supported by local organizations such as the fire brigades and the Red Cross (DRK).

The FunRun is part of the Gifhorn-Wolfsburg Running Cup with a total of 9 races. The event is accompanied by the fire brigades Wilsche and Neubokel as well as the DRK standby vehicle. A children's race and the Wilscher Marathon have been offered since 2015 as part of the Gifhorn Running Day. The registration link for 2026 will be published later.
