Race description
The Wernigerode Armory Mountain Run is a challenging trail race in November that starts and ends at Haus Blume in Wernigerode. The course takes runners to the Kaiser Tower and offers a varied challenge with narrow forest paths, muddy sections, and steep ascents. In addition to the main races over 5.4 km and 10 km, there are also children's races over 1 km and 2.1 km. The event is organized by Harz-Gebirgslauf 1978 e.V. Wernigerode and is a popular local tradition with about 160 participants, including a pasta party on the eve.

Additional information
The event includes four distances: 1 km and 2.1 km for children, as well as 5.4 km and 10 km for the main races, which start together later in the morning.
