Since 1993, TSV Vöhl has been organizing the Run into May. On April 30, the starting signal is given for the traditional Vöhler Evening Run, which takes place in the Edersee region. The youngest participants run a lap around the stadium under the watchful eyes of the spectators, while the highlight of the course for many athletes is the run through the Aselbachtal, past its tributaries to the Edersee. The event attracts more and more enthusiastic runners, walkers, and families year after year and is the 5th scoring race for the Waldeck-Frankenberg Running Cup.
