The 21st Ummel Run will take place on May 17, 2025, and includes trail running and walking in and around Ummel (State Forest). The event will be held at the sports field/community center Am Vierenberg in 27412 Hepstedt, where showers and changing rooms will also be available. The course mainly follows paved forest paths and offers various distances, including 0.6 km for children, 2.6 km for students, as well as 5 km and 10 km for all categories.
