On April 26, 2025, the LOWA Ultratrail Fränkische Schweiz will once again kick off the ultratrail season and serve as the venue for the German Championships. The UTFS offers a course of 66 km with an impressive 2760 meters of elevation gain, leading through striking rock formations, caves, and numerous single trails. Since its premiere in 2022, the race has firmly established itself in the German trail running scene and has become one of the most important events in national trail running.
