The 43rd Syltlauf will take place on March 15, 2026, from List to Hörnum and is the island highlight for all jogging fans! The route of 34.55 kilometers leads through a diverse dune landscape typical of the North Sea. Participants can register in teams of six to eight runners, with each runner competing only once. The event also features a pasta party, gifts for the runners, and the opportunity to swim in the Sylter Welle after the race.
