The Stockheim Village Run in Glauburg is a popular running event that has been held since 2019. The newly measured course in 2022 is exactly 10 km long and leads along the Vulkanradweg towards Selters, followed by two laps of 2.5 km in the Effolderbach Auwiesenweg, before returning to the gymnasium in Stockheim. The route is predominantly paved, with some sections on grassy paths. Participants can look forward to showers, changing rooms, and a large cake buffet in the start/finish area.
