Once a year, the athletics department of SG Neuhäusel hosts the International Fun Run, known as the "Lauf am Steinrausch." The 300m children's race takes place at the sports field, while the 1,000m youth race runs along local streets. The courses for the 5,000m and 10,000m are out-and-back routes and lead past the Steinrausch towards Montabaur. The event will take place on April 26, 2025, and offers a variety of competitions for all age groups.
