From May 24 to 26, 2024, the city center of Ahaus will once again transform into a large event venue for the city festival. The festival kicks off on Friday, May 24, with the VfL City Festival Run. The starting signal will be given at 4 PM at the Town Hall Square, and the route will take runners through the city center and the castle park. A range of different distances awaits participants, starting with mini-marathons for children under six years old, up to a main race for individuals over 16 years old covering a distance of five kilometers.
