The Söltjerlauf is a running event for everyone – for children as well as for marathon runners. In this 25th anniversary Söltjerlauf in the beautiful Süntel, every lap counts, no matter how fast it is run. Participants have four hours to complete as many laps as possible. In recent years, up to 800 participants have taken part, and nearly 70,000 EUR has already been raised for charitable purposes. In 2026, there will also be a surprise for the children at the finish line.
