Dear marathon and ultrarunning friends, on October 19, 2025, it’s that time again, and our family-friendly six-hour race in Schwindegg is looking forward to its 8th edition. This year, we are once again hosting a fundraising campaign for the children's cancer charity BALU, with €10 from your entry fee going to a good cause! As a special highlight, Anja Kobs, the 2024 German champion over 50 kilometers, plans to set a new world best in the W45 age category on our course by surpassing the existing record of 77.60 kilometers, which has stood since 1996.
Highlights
- The race takes place on a loop course of 2349.22 meters, which includes both asphalt and natural paths.
- Individual runners and relay teams can participate, and the race is part of the DUV Cup.
- Next year, on October 17, 2026, the DUV Championship in the six-hour run will take place on the same course.
