On Saturday, May 11, 2024, the Schlosswaldlauf will take place for the 22nd time at Altenburg. The youngest participants (born in 2015 and younger) will start at 1:00 PM with the Bambini run over 0.8 km, followed by the student races over 1.6 km and 2.4 km. The main race over 13 km, as well as the fun run and walking/Nordic walking over 7 km, will start at 2:30 PM. The Schlosswaldlauf is a community run for all running enthusiasts, where the performance of each individual is celebrated.
