Race description
The Schledehausen Mountain Run is a 10-hour mountain running event in Schledehausen, a part of Bissendorf, Germany. The race starts and ends at the Schledehausen sports hall. The goal is to climb and descend a short hill as many times as possible to accumulate the most elevation meters within the time limit. The course is 700 meters long and features an elevation gain of 32 meters with an average incline of 10%. There are individual, relay, and team categories. The run is organized by Omas on Tour as a charity event in support of HelpAge Germany e. V.

The race lasts 10 hours, during which participants can run up and down the hill as often as they like. There is a refreshment station where participants can take breaks or stop.
