The 36th Schaumburger Hiking Day offers participants the choice between three routes ranging from eight to 19 kilometers, leading over the Bückeberg and passing numerous attractions. The event starts between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and there are two beautiful routes to choose from: a route of approximately 9 km and a route of approximately 11 km, which take you through the picturesque surroundings of Wölpinghausen. Hikers can enjoy breathtaking views of the Steinhuder Meer and the Schaumburger Land while experiencing nature. At the finish line, participants can look forward to a delicious selection of food and drinks, including bratwurst, beverages, coffee, and cake.
