The Köhlerverein Boppard offers a special highlight as part of the Köhlertage: The 4th Cross Mountain Run "Run an die Kohle" starts on Pentecost Saturday, May 18, at 11 a.m. in Mühltal (Kalmuter Weg). The runners will tackle a challenging course of 5.1 kilometers with an elevation gain of 400 meters, finishing at Köhlerplatz, while the Boppard Taiko drummers and numerous spectators cheer them on. The participant field is limited to 100 starters, and the entry fee of 9 euros includes the return trip by chairlift to the valley.
