The 50th Ruhrtallauf and the 1st Fröndenberg Company Run will take place on March 14, 2026, at the Sportpark Fröndenberg, Graf-Adolf-Straße 60, 58730 Fröndenberg. There will be various races, including a 5 km road run, a 5 km walk, and a 10 km road run, as well as student races over 400 m, 800 m, and 1200 m. All finishers will receive certificates online via RACE RESULT, and special prizes will be awarded for the best performances, along with a team ranking for the company run. The flat course runs predominantly on paved bike paths and asphalt and is measured by the DLV, making it eligible for rankings.
