The Rodenbach Running Day, organized by SSC Hanau-Rodenbach, operates under the motto "By runners for runners!" and has been providing optimized organization of fun runs and road races for nearly 50 years. This year, participants can choose from seven competitions, including 5 km, 10 km, half marathon, as well as a 50-kilometer run and a 50 km relay. The course is measured according to IAAF standards and offers a flat, paved high-speed route through the oxygen-rich Rodenbach Forest, suitable for all performance levels. The Rodenbach Running Day is an ideal running experience for the whole family and a perfect preparation for the autumn marathon.
