Rieslinglauf und 17. Rheingauer Halbmarathon

The Riesling Run and the Rheingau Half Marathon are traditional running events that have taken place for over 40 years in the picturesque vineyard landscape of Oestrich-Winkel. The races lead through gentle hills and offer an idyllic panorama of the Rhine Valley. The event includes various distances, including 10 km, half marathon, 5 km fun run, and a 2000 m school run, and is known for its friendly atmosphere and support from the local community.

Maximum number of participants limited to 555 starters. Late registrations only on the day of the event until 8:00 AM on-site with a late registration fee of 5 EUR, cash only. Each participant receives a running shirt with timely registration; later registrations while supplies last. Timing is done with a transponder on the bib. Cut-off time at the finish line is 11:30 AM on race day. Prizes for age groups and special awards for the largest participating group/club as well as new personal bests. The route runs through vineyards, mainly asphalted paths with slight inclines; online registration until 24.07.2026; start at Vollradsser Allee sports field; limited to 555 participants; participation possible for children and adolescents.
