The Reeser Rheinlauf is entering its second round: On Sunday, October 5, 2025, hundreds of athletes will once again run along the Rhine. Already, over 650 registrations have been received – more than at the same time in the inaugural year 2024. Jan Fitschen, the 10,000-meter European Champion from 2006, will be part of the Rheinlauf, initially as a moderator and later participating in the 10 km race himself. The run through the city center is a true premiere.
Highlights
- The Reeser Rheinlauf starts on Sunday at 11 a.m. with the girls' Bambini run, followed by the boys' run.
- The highlight of the event is the main race over ten kilometers, which starts at around 1:30 PM.
