Race description
The Rainer Volkslauf takes place on Sunday, July 26, 2026, in Rain and offers runners of all ages a varied and motivating running experience. The main race over 10 km starts at 9:30 a.m., followed by 5 km runs and the shorter Spatzenläufe over 1 km and 2 km. The focus is on the fun of movement and health prevention, supported by enthusiastic spectators and a diverse accompanying program as part of the SC Rains 1928 e. V. sports week. When registering by June 15, 2026, a popular Volkslauf T-shirt is included in the starter package. Additionally, one euro per participant is donated to the aid campaign "Freunde durch Helfen".
