The 40th Pönitz Volkslauf will take place on Sunday, July 13, 2025, and offers various race options, including a 21.1 km half marathon, a 10 km main race, 10 km walking/Nordic walking, a 5 km jogging race, and 5 km walking/Nordic walking. The start times are as follows: 08:30 for the half marathon, 08:40 for the main race, 08:45 for walking, 08:55 for the jogging race, and 09:00 for walking. All participants will receive a commemorative medal at the finish line, and there will be a raffle for a surprise prize as well as an awards ceremony starting at 11:15.

Highlights

  • The entry fee is €9 for participants aged 17 and older and €6 for participants up to 16 years old. Members of the Pönitz Sports Association pay half.
  • All starts take place exactly at the announced time, and following the competitions, there will be a "Little Friends Run" for preschool-aged children.
