On September 27, 2026, it’s that time again: Runners from all over Germany will conclude the season on the challenging course of the 20th Baltic Sea Relay Marathon. The race takes place on a precisely measured 5.22 km loop that runs around the event meadow in Dierhagen / OT Neuhaus. The course leads through a short forest section directly to the Baltic Sea beach and then along the cycling path to the large Ribnitzer Moor. Year after year, more and more teams from near and far enjoy one of the most varied nature relay races in Germany.

Highlights

  • The Relay Marathon has been taking place since 2007 in the seaside resort of Dierhagen, the gateway to the Vorpommern Bodden Landscape National Park.
  • The course features a varied loop that takes you through forest, beach, and moor.
