The Nikolauslauf includes a 10 km competition that is conducted virtually. The event features a random drawing of prizes among all finishers who have submitted an online result. The running course is a 3.3 km loop, and participants can decide whether they want to complete one, two, or three laps. This traditional running classic in Tübingen has been taking place since 1976 and achieved a new finisher record of 3,288 participants in its anniversary edition.
