The MUT-LAUF is a run dedicated to mental health in Germany, which first took place in Berlin in 2016 and has since become an annual event in Kiel. The goal is to make a statement against stigmatization and to raise awareness for mental health. The MUT-LAUF promotes community movement without performance pressure and is open to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. On June 14, 2025, participants can join the MUT-LAUF over a distance of 1.55 km and the Kids MUT-LAUF over 830 m.
