The Münden Old Town Run is a popular running event that takes participants through the picturesque old town of Hann. Münden. The course is varied and offers runners the chance to enjoy the city's historical landmarks. The event attracts runners of all ages and skill levels and will be revived on October 11, 2025, after a hiatus since 2019. In addition to the 5 km and 10 km courses, popular children's races will also be offered.

Highlights

  • The event is part of the South Lower Saxony Cup and attracts runners of all ages.
  • For the 5 km distance, in addition to the individual ranking, a so-called stack ranking is offered, which is particularly intended to motivate large groups.
